Information we collect from and about you.
Personally Identifiable Information. The term “Personally Identifiable Information” (“PII”) refers to personally identifiable information about you, such as your name, birth date, credit card number, e-mail address or mailing address, and any other information that is identified with you personally, including your individual health information. Other than cookies, as described below, the only PII ACE currently collects through this Site is the information you voluntarily give us when you use the Site. For example, you may use this site to contact ACE with questions and comments. When you fill out a form on a Site, you may provide your name and other contact information, including your company’s name, your e-mail address, and your mailing address or the mailing address of your company or other PII. When you submit information through the Site or App, you may receive a confirmation e-mail if you enter a valid e-mail address.
Payment and billing information. When purchasing tickets to an event for ACE or a entity ACE provides services for, you may be required to provide third-party vendors or agents with the information necessary to process the ticket order; specifically, name, address, credit card number, and other information required by them, according to the terms of such third parties’ privacy policies. By providing such information to such parties, you consent to their use of such information to provide such tickets, and hereby release ACE, its parents, members, subsidiaries, officers, and directors from any liability with respect to such information collected by third parties.
Information you post. For example, we may collect or use a third party’s data from information you post in a public space on a Site or on a third-party web or social media site.
Information you share with Affiliated Parties. Subject to the terms and conditions of their privacy policies, we may collect PII or Non-PII from Affiliated Parties (as defined below).
Demographic information. We may collect or use a third party’s information about events you like or products you buy. We might collect this as part of a survey, for example.
Location information. Information collected through the Site or App includes any information identified in this policy that may be collected through the Site and, in addition, the App may collect location data, in the forms of both GPS data and/or beacon transmitter data, (if enabled on your mobile device). If you download the App and opt-in to proximity notifications using related technology and/or notifications based on your GPS location as provided by your mobile device through the App, you consent to collection of your personal information, including location data and any purchases made through the Site or App (where possible) using a variety of methods, including but not limited to, cookies, beacons, location data, and others (“Collection Tools”). You may opt-out of these notifications any time in the app’s settings. You may also opt-out of GPS location services by turning off your mobile device’s ability to share location data. If you do turn off these Collection Tools, you may not have access to many features that make your experience more efficient and enjoyable, and some features may not function properly.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information. “Non-Personally Identifiable Information” (or “Non-PII”) is aggregated information, demographic information, IP addresses and any other information that does not reveal your specific identity. In addition to the information you provide when you use a Site, ACE uses technology to collect anonymous information about the use of Sites. For example, we use technology to track how many visitors access Sites, the date and time of their visit, the length of their stay, and which pages they viewed. We also use technology to determine which web browsers visitors use and the address from which they accessed a Site (for example, if they connected to a Site by clicking on a banner ad).
This technology does not identify you personally. It simply enables us to compile statistics about visitors and their use of Sites. ACE and our affiliates use this anonymous data and share it with third parties to improve the content and functionality of Sites, to better understand customers and markets, and to improve products and services.
Other information. If you use the App we may collect your device’s unique identifier. We might also collect the type of mobile device you are using, or the version of the operating system your computer or device is running. We might look at how often you use the App and where you downloaded it.

We collect information directly from you. We collect information you provide directly to us through use of the Site or App.

We use information to respond to your requests or questions. For example, we might use your information to confirm your registration for an event or contest. If you give us your friend’s information, we will only use it to provide services you requested.
We use information to improve our products and services. We might use your information to customize your experience with us or the entity for which we provide services. This could include displaying content based upon your preferences.
We use information to look at site trends and customer interests. We may use your information to make Sites and products better. We may combine information we get from you from various Sites and Apps with information about you we get from third parties and affiliates.
We use information for security purposes. We may use information to protect our company, our clients, or a Site.

We may share your PII or Non-PII with our affiliates, including Live Nation and its affiliates and contractors, owners of ACE operated or managed venues or other locations where ACE produced and/or promoted events occur or where ACE manages or provides services for clients that produce and/or promote events, event sponsors, artist representatives and fan clubs, our affiliates and contractors, and others who are involved in or bring you events (“Affiliated Parties”). When you submit data to the Site or App, you consent to allow us to provide your PII and Non-PII to these Affiliated Parties and their contractors. Affiliated Parties will be provided with only the information necessary to perform their role in bringing you events. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that these Affiliated Parties treat PII in a manner comparable to how we do so but we are not obligated to do so. These Affiliated Parties may also have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the terms of these policies.
We share information with third parties who perform services on our behalf. For example, we share information with vendors who help us manage our online registration process or who fulfill your purchases. Some vendors may be located outside of the United States.
We will share information with our business partners and clients. This may include a third party who provides or sponsors an event or content on our site, or who operates a venue where we hold or manage events, or who owns or operates a venue or produces and/or promotes events themselves and for whom we provides services (which may include managing their website). We may share information if we think we have to in order to comply with the law or to protect ourselves. For example, we will share information to respond to a court order or subpoena. We may also share it if a government agency or investigatory body requests the information. Or, we might share information when we are investigating potential fraud.
We may share information with any owner or successor to all or part of our business. For example, if part of our business is sold we may give customer list(s) as part of that transaction.

You have certain choices about how we use your information.
You can opt out of receiving marketing emails. ACE may use this information to contact you in the future to tell you about products or services we believe will be of interest to you. If we do so, each communication we send you will contain instructions permitting you to “unsubscribe’ from receiving future communications.
You can opt out of receiving subscription emails. Similarly, we may provide “subscription” e-mail services, either directly or through affiliates, which enable you to receive current news and updates about the ACE events. For all such services, we will provide an opportunity to “unsubscribe” from, or cancel, the subscription.
You can modify information you have given us. To modify or delete information you gave us, log into your account and follow the instructions to modify your profile. If you do not have an account, you can email us or mail below. We make changes as soon as we can. This information may stay in backup files. If we cannot make the changes you want, we will let you know and explain why. If you contact us requesting access to your information, we will respond within 30 days. You can contact us at the email below, and please use the reference “MODIFY INFORMATION REQUEST”.
You can control tools on your mobile devices. For example, you can turn off the GPS location or push notifications on your phone.
Cookies and tracking technologies.
We or our vendors or clients use several common tracking tools. These may include browser cookies. We may also use web beacons and similar technologies. We use these tools:

- To store your password if you are a registered on our sites.

These ads may also be based on your activities on our websites or on client or third party sites. This second type of advertising is called “online behavioral advertising.”
When using Google Customer Match, ACE will only upload to Google, customer information shared with it directly, i.e., information collected from the Site or App.

These Advertising Features enable Google Analytics to collect data about your traffic via Google advertising cookies (more information at https://www.google.com/policies/technologies/types/) and identifiers, in addition to data collected through a standard Google Analytics implementation.
ACE will not facilitate the merging of PII with Non-PII collected through any Google advertising product or feature unless you have robust notice of, and the user’s prior affirmative (i.e., opt-in) consent to, that merger.
You can opt-out of online behavioral advertising.
Consent to material changes to online behavioral advertising data collection or use policies and practices.
We will not make material changes to online behavioral advertising data collection or use policies and practices without notifying you and obtaining your consent.
Your California Privacy Rights.
If an individual person uses the Site or App and is a resident of California, then this section may apply.
FOR RESIDENTS OF CALIFORNIA ONLY. Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code requires select businesses to disclose policies relating to the sharing of certain categories of customers’ personal information with third-parties. These businesses are required to accept requests for disclosures of these policies from customers but are only required to honor one request per calendar year. Businesses have thirty (30) days to respond to each inquiry to the designated address. Each inquiring customer will receive an explanation of the categories of customer information shared and the names and addresses of any third-party businesses. In limited circumstances, customers’ failure to submit requests in the manner specified will not require a response from the business.

While some of the events listed on the Site may appeal to children, the Site is not targeted at children under the age of 13, and they are not permitted to use the Site. We strongly encourage all parents and guardians to monitor the Internet use by their children. If you use the Site, you affirm you are at least 13 years old. ACE uses commercially reasonable efforts to ensure protection of your data including industry-standard encryption and offline security methods at our physical facilities.
